I blogged a couple days ago about how I was overcharged at a nearby Whataburger. Well that day I contacted their headquarters office and today in my hands I have the outcome of that situation.
Within three days I received my reimbursement in the form of a check for the amount that I was overcharged. That’s right, they wrote me a check and put it in the mail right away. From the date of the letter it looks like the letter was shipped overnight to me. You probably cannot tell but I am very impressed by how Whataburger handled my situation. They know how to treat their unsatisfied customers.
Not only did they send me a letter along with my reimbursement check, but they sent two V.I.P. tickets for when I make my next visit to any of their locations. The VIP tickets are for a free Whataburger, medium french fries, and a medium soft drink. So now my wife and I can have lunch or dinner on them. What a treat.
Well seeing that I’m a loyal customer to those who treat me right, i’ll be making more appearancing at Whataburger from now on, starting with a VIP lunch. Click on image above to read the letter.
